ttb Wealth Securities, Schroders Forge Strategic Partnership in Thailand
ttb wealth securities, a subsidiary of Thailand’s TMBThanachart Bank, and Schroders have entered into a long-term strategic partnership aimed at expanding investment and wealth management capabilities for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in Thailand.
The collaboration will combine ttb wealth securities’ local market expertise and client relationships with Schroders’ global investment capabilities across public and private markets. The firms will establish a joint investment forum to exchange market and investment insights, assess developments and develop discretionary investment solutions for ttb wealth securities’ private wealth clients.
The partnership will initially focus on a bespoke global multi-asset portfolio, designed to bring greater consistency to portfolio construction and support a more disciplined approach to clients’ long-term investment goals.
Schroders will also provide broader wealth management expertise, drawing on its experience working with individuals, families and family offices. The firms aim to connect investment decisions with clients’ broader wealth priorities, including diversification, long-term planning and intergenerational wealth transfer.
Sharing Investment Insights And Market Perspectives
The companies will additionally collaborate on the development of ttb wealth securities’ advisers by sharing investment insights and market perspectives to strengthen client engagement.
Katherine Cox, head of client group, South Asia and Global Official Institutions at Schroders, said the partnership would help Thai investors build diversified portfolios capable of adapting across market cycles and generations.
Saranya Phuphatana, CEO of ttb wealth securities, said growing market volatility and increasing investment opportunities outside Thailand were making investment decisions more complex for local clients. Access to Schroders’ global expertise would allow the firm to offer more comprehensive wealth solutions, she said.
The partnership comes as Thailand’s wealth management market faces growing demand for global diversification and more sophisticated investment solutions. Both firms said the collaboration is intended to strengthen the investment architecture supporting ttb wealth securities’ private wealth offering.
