Switzerland’s Fintech Edge Returns to Singapore

Switzerland will once again take center stage at the Singapore Fintech Festival 2025, marking its ninth consecutive year of participation. The Swiss Pavilion showcases how Swiss innovation, trust, and collaboration continue to shape Asia’s fast-evolving fintech and digital finance landscape.

Since its debut at the Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF), the Swiss Pavilion, hosted by Switzerland Global Enterprise and the Swiss Business Hub South East Asia + Pacific, has become a cornerstone of the event – demonstrating how Switzerland’s deep-rooted financial expertise and cutting-edge technology form a unique value proposition for global partners.

Under the theme Innovation Meeting Trust, the Pavilion highlights the country’s leadership in digital assets, AI-powered finance, and secure financial infrastructure.

Deep Tech Capabilities

«Switzerland has emerged as a magnet for deep tech capabilities, underpinned by its ability to innovate with integrity,» said Renée Koh, Deputy Head of the Swiss Business Hub South East Asia + Pacific.

«Given Asia’s vast ambitions in deep tech, Switzerland offers a natural bridge – connecting ecosystems through trust, expertise, and shared vision,» she added.

Building Bridges Between Innovation Hubs

As part of Switzerland’s broader global innovation agenda – which includes its upcoming participation at Expo 2025 Osaka – the Pavilion underscores the nation’s commitment to sustainable, trust-based innovation.

With Asia’s fintech landscape booming, Swiss institutions are positioning themselves as reliable partners for research, venture scaling, and digital transformation initiatives.

«Our innovation infrastructure is designed for partnerships, whether through talent acquisition, R&D alliances, or venture scaling,» Koh added, emphasizing the collaborative model that underpins Swiss success globally.

Swiss Excellence on Display

The 2025 Pavilion brings together an impressive mix of Swiss companies and institutions pushing the boundaries of global finance.

Among the participants are the Swiss National Bank, Securosys, ti&m, Chartered Investment, QAI Ventures, Scenario-X, Unique.ai, and Zweyberg ; each demonstrating the country’s strengths in secure technology, asset tokenization, AI, and wealth management innovation.

From tokenized investment structures to AI-based identity verification, the Pavilion’s exhibitors reflect the breadth of Switzerland’s fintech ecosystem.

The Swiss National Bank’s participation, in particular, highlights the central role of innovation in modern central banking and digital currency research.

Platform for Collaboration

Organized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in partnership with The Association of Banks in Singapore, SFF is the world’s largest fintech gathering.

It unites policymakers, technologists, and financial leaders – making it an ideal stage for Switzerland to reinforce its reputation for stability, integrity, and high-quality innovation.

Through its consistent presence, the Swiss Pavilion has not only promoted the country’s fintech champions but also deepened cross-border collaboration with Asia’s financial powerhouses.

This year’s participation reinforces Switzerland’s message: that innovation, trust, and global partnership are the defining pillars of the digital economy.
