Crédit Agricole CIB Extends Hong Kong Lease to 2034

The corporate and investment banking arm of Crédit Agricole has renewed an agreement that will extend its existing lease in Hong Kong to 2034.

Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) has renewed its lease at Pacific Place in Hong Kong, extending its tenancy until 2034, according to a statement. The lease covers two floors at Two Pacific Place spanning approximately 85,000 square feet, which serves as the bank’s regional headquarters in Asia Pacific.

This marks a strategic partnership between the French lender and local developer Swire Properties that has lasted for more than two decades. Overall, the bank has had a presence in the city for 130 years.

«Our renewed office not only strengthens this ‘foundation' for the next decade, it also demonstrates our commitment to the city’s long-term development,» said Jean-Francois Deroche, senior regional officer for APAC at Crédit Agricole CIB.
