Singapore Fintech Festival Turns 10

Singapore’s flagship fintech gathering celebrates a decade of growth, bringing together global leaders to define the future of finance.

From 12-14 November 2025, the Singapore EXPO will host the 10th edition of the Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF).

Organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), and Constellar, in collaboration with the Association of Banks in Singapore, the event will convene senior ministers, central bank governors, policymakers, investors, and innovators under the theme «Shaping the Next Decade of Growth».

Celebrating a Decade of Transformation

Over the past ten years, SFF has grown into the world’s largest fintech festival, drawing 65,000 participants from 134 countries in 2024.

The 2025 edition promises an even broader scope, reflecting on a decade of digital disruption and setting the stage for the next wave of change.

Spotlight on Changemakers

Attendees will hear from pioneers whose work defined modern finance. Among them: Roy Fielding, whose API design principles underpin fintech platforms; Nandan Nilekani, architect of India’s Digital Public Infrastructure; Paul Taylor, a leader in cloud-native banking; Eric Jing, the force behind super apps; and Agustín Carstens, General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements, who steered central banks through digital transformation.

Next-Gen Technologies at the Forefront

More than 70 sessions will probe how AI, Tokenisation, and Quantum Computing will reshape finance. Discussions will explore AI’s role in risk management and inclusion, tokenisation’s impact on capital markets, and how cybersecurity must adapt in a quantum-powered future.

Speakers include Charles Cascarilla of Paxos, Rafael Echemendia of The Ethical Hacker, and Professor Urbasi Sinha, a quantum research leader.

Honouring Founders and Future Builders

To mark the anniversary, SFF 2025 will spotlight over 20 founders from Singapore and Asia who have not only thrived in the past decade but continue to drive momentum for years to come.

The 10th Global Fintech Hackcelerator will highlight early-stage innovators harnessing AI, while GFTN’s inaugural Global Impact Champions Awards will celebrate contributions to financial health.

Policy Meets Innovation

Ahead of the main festival, the invite-only Insights Forum™ on 10–11 November will gather regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders to define actionable roadmaps.

Complementary programmes such as The Founders Peak™, Investor Hours, and the Innovation Lab Crawl will further connect capital, ideas, and talent.

A Call for the Next Chapter

Kenneth Gay, Chief Fintech Officer of MAS, summed up the milestone: «SFF’s 10th anniversary represents a decade of convergence between financial services and technology. Looking ahead, Singapore continues to provide a dynamic platform for innovation, setting the foundation for the next decade.»
