A Digital Tribute to 60 Years of Singapore
As Singapore celebrates its 60th birthday, Trust Bank is honouring the nation's remarkable journey with a uniquely digital twist, transforming its app’s login screen into a nostalgic timeline of the city-state’s defining moments.
To mark this national milestone, Trust’s design team reimagined its login experience to reflect Singapore’s rich history.
The app now features a curated visual timeline of iconic milestones, from the country’s independence in 1965 to the launch of the MRT system in 1987 and the unveiling of Gardens by the Bay in 2012.
Designed with Local Heart and a Playful Touch
Each visual blends design with local trivia, aiming to capture the spirit of Singapore with warmth and creativity.
As customers log in, they’re greeted with snapshots of history, each crafted to evoke delight, curiosity, and a shared sense of national pride.
Timeline Grows with Each Log In
The celebratory timeline isn’t static – it evolves. New entries are being added every few days through to 15 August, turning each app interaction into a small moment of discovery.
So far, more than 150,000 customers have engaged with the feature.

«Singapore turns 60, and with it comes a wave of nostalgia and pride,» said Naveen Sethia, Head of Design & Customer Experience at Trust.
«To honour this milestone, we’ve curated a special SG60 series on your Trust App login screen – a tribute to the iconic moments, shared memories and journey that have shaped the nation over the past six decades,» he added.
