Veteran Taiwan banker and BNP Paribas Team Head resurfaces at rival three months after resigning from the French lender.

A senior banker and a team head on its offshore Taiwan team, who spent almost 12 years at BNP Paribas, has resurfaced in a new role three months after her resignation from the French lender.

Carolyn Tan joins LGT in Singapore as a managing director, in her first move away from «big banking» platforms. Tan had previously worked with BNP Paribas, ABN Amro and DBS, all with a focus on frontline banking. 

Heavyweights on the Move

Tan's departure is one of several changes at the private bank in recent months, which saw heavyweights such as Stephane Honig, Head of Sales for Wealth Management and Family Offices, Head of Strategic Equity Solutions, APAC; Alfred Tsai, Managing Director and Head of China; Clarence Tao, CEO China; Reshmi Bansal and Vikas Jadika, both NRI Team Heads; exit for competitors.
