Allspring Opens First Australia Office
US asset manager Allspring Global Investments has opened its first office in Australia and appointed a head of sales for the local market.
Allspring Global Investments is opening its first Australian office in Sydney, according to a statement. The firm has also appointed Jeremy Gordon as head of sales for Australia and New Zealand. Based in the new office, he will report to Andy Sowerby, head of the international client group.
Gordon has more than 25 years of fund management experience, including over 17 years at Challenger Investment Management, where he led institutional sales and client service for Challenger Life, and Fidante affiliate Ardea Investment Management.

Allspring is a US-headquartered asset manager with 20 offices worldwide, housing more than 370 investment professionals. As of 30 June 2025, it had over $611 billion in assets under advisement.
