UBS to Offload CS Mortgage Servicing Business in the US
Swiss banking giant UBS is selling Credit Suisse’s mortgage servicing business in the US.
UBS has agreed to sell Credit Suisse’s US mortgage servicing business, according to a «Reuters» report citing chief financial officer Todd Tuckner in a call with analysts. The buyer was not named but CEO Sergio Ermotti said in a media call later that it was a consortium.
The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
