US-based Citi has bolstered its wealth management proposition in Singapore with the launch of two new advisory centers.

Citi Singapore has opened two new satellite wealth advisory centers in Singapore, according to a statement. The centers will allow customers from the bank’s affluent businesses – Citigold and Citigold Private Client – to meet with their relationship managers and access product specialists.

The centers will include private advisory rooms with video conferencing rooms capabilities. There will also be space for bespoke lifestyle events and investment seminars for 35 to 40 clients.

Client Experience

The bank first announced plans to launch the two centers in October 2023. One of the wealth centers located at Parkway Parade has a space of 4,500 square feet and commenced operations in December last year. The opening of One Holland Village this week, which has a space of 3,700 square feet, marks the completion of both centers.

«These latest customer-centric enhancements are all about elevating our client experience and enabling us to keep delivering first-in-class wealth management services,» said Citibank Singapore CEO Brendan Carney.
