Independent advisory firm Leo Wealth announces the opening of a new office in Singapore through the acquisition of a local fund manager.

Leo Wealth has opened a Singapore office through the acquisition of Jachin Capital, according to a statement. The new office will serve as the firm’s operating base in Southeast Asia. Post-acquisition rebranding will be completed in the first quarter of 2023. 

In addition, Leo Wealth will also incorporate Jachin Capital’s digital platform, iAdvisor, into its offering to provide clients with access to dynamic, personalized investment portfolios. 

Singapore Head

Jachin Capital chief executive Joyce Woo will lead the city-state’s office as head of Leo Wealth Singapore and join the firm’s executive team in Asia. 

Woo has 30 years of corporate and private banking experience in Southeast Asia and founded Jachin Capital in 2014.

Global Presence

Following the latest announcement, Leo Wealth will have offices in three markets in Asia, including Hong Kong and Tokyo, which was launched in July 2022. Globally, the firm also has offices in Dallas-Fort Worth, New York and New Jersey.

Currently, Leo Wealth serves clients in over 30 countries with 60 wealth management professionals overseeing $4.5 billion in assets.
