Goldman Sachs has named a 14-year veteran as its new co-head of investment banking for Asia ex-Japan.

Iain Drayton has been named to the new Hong Kong-based role, according to a «Reuters» report citing an internal memo.

Drayton was most recently Goldman’s regional co-chief operating officer for the investment bank and APAC head of financial and strategic investors group.

Drayton joined the American bank 14 years ago and was named a partner in 2014.
