Citi’s Global Wealth Head Visits Hong Kong

The global wealth head of Citi paid a visit to Hong Kong to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the bank's high net worth business.

Citi head of wealth Andy Sieg paid another visit to Hong Kong, according to a statement, which coincided with the bank’s celebratory gala dinner for the 15th anniversary of the city’s high net worth business – Citigold Private Client.

«[Sieg’s] visit underscores our commitment to the region and the clients we have partnered with for over a decade,» commented Vicky Kong, head of wealth, Asia North and Australia, Citi. «15 years ago, driven by the aspiration to lead in wealth management, we launched Citigold Private Client in Hong Kong.»

Earlier this year, Sieg expressed bullishness in Asia and said Citi planned to expand the number of bankers for the Hong Kong wealth business by more than 10 percent in 2025. The latest trip marks his second visit to the city since September 2024.
