Swiss Fintech Secures Financing From Singapore Powerhouse
Recoveris, a blockchain intelligence and digital asset recovery company based in Zug, Switzerland, has raised 1 million francs from VerifyVasp, a Singapore-based digital asset regtech, and further strategic investors. The firm will use the funding to build its new AI-driven blockchain investigation platform.
According to a media release on Monday, Recoveris will use the funding to accelerate the development of its AI-enhanced blockchain investigation management system.
The fintech, which was founded last June, has seen growing demand for its digital asset recovery services from a diverse client base, spanning from crypto exchanges, DeFi projects, banks, insurance companies to law firms, and individuals. The firm says the product will be the first of its kind. Expanding on its previous forensic services, the AI platform will bring scalability and advanced intelligence to on-chain analysis.
Digital Asset Security
«The growth of the digital asset economy has unfortunately been accompanied by a rise in sophisticated theft and fraud, creating an urgent need for scalable intelligence and recovery solutions. Our priority was to build a sustainable business that delivers real value, and I’m incredibly proud that our expert-led services have already achieved this,» said Marcin Zarakowski, CEO and founder of Recoveris.
«This million is rocket fuel for our technology roadmap, enabling us to build the management system that will define the future of on-chain investigations,» he added.
Capital-Efficient Approach
«Digital asset security and recovery represents one of the most significant challenges and opportunities in the blockchain space. We were immediately impressed by Recovers’ capital-efficient approach,» ShihYun Chia, the CEO of VerifyVASP, said.
«Their vision for a Blockchain Investigations Management System is precisely what the industry needs to handle complex cases at scale, and combined with our extensive set of verified data amassed through supporting our members and proper Travel Rule compliance and connectivity to many of the latest exchanges internationally,» he added.
