Temenos CEO Exits Suddenly
Banking technology specialist Temenos announced Thursday evening that CEO Jean-Pierre Brulard has stepped down with immediate effect, just a little bit more than a year after taking the helm.
The company gave no reason for his sudden departure. According to a media release,Temenos remains one of the world’s top providers of banking technology, serving financial institutions globally with its software solutions.
The Board of Directors has appointed Chief Financial Officer Takis Spiliopoulos as Interim CEO while the search for a permanent successor is underway.

«Jean-Pierre Brulard has positioned the company for long-term success, streamlined our global product and technology organization, aligned the portfolio with strategic priorities, and expanded our US presence,» said Thibault de Tersant, Chairman of the Board.

Well-Defined Strategy
