Alpadis Expands with Singapore Deal
In a move set to reshape its regulatory capabilities across Asia and the Middle East, Alpadis has acquired Singapore-based Ingenia Consultants, a leading independent compliance service provider for financial institutions.
The all-share deal will create a combined platform offering end-to-end corporate, administrative, and regulatory solutions to boutique and mid-sized financial institutions.

«This is a strategic joining of forces rather than a simple acquisition,» said Alain Esseiva, Chairman and CEO of Alpadis. «We share a common culture and many clients, and together we will offer a more comprehensive and integrated service proposition to financial institutions.»
Independent Compliance Expertise in Singapore
Ingenia Consultants is one of Singapore’s few remaining independent compliance firms, serving over 100 boutique and mid-sized financial institutions – from external asset managers and hedge funds to payment institutions and fintech companies. Its services include compliance advisory, internal audit, MAS licensing support, and risk management.
Under the deal, Alpadis will integrate Ingenia’s operations and create a new Regulatory Compliance Services division. Rolf Haudenschild, Ingenia’s Co-Founder and a recognised expert in MAS regulatory compliance, will be appointed Managing Director and Head of Regulatory Compliance Asia.
Regional Expansion Plans
The acquisition will allow Alpadis to extend compliance and internal audit services beyond Singapore and Malaysia to the UAE, Hong Kong, and other Asian markets. The combined expertise will strengthen its appeal to financial institutions navigating increasingly complex regulatory landscapes.

«This is a long-term partnership built on shared values and a mutual commitment to our clients,» Haudenschild added. «Together we will strengthen our ability to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments as they grow across Asia and beyond.»
Seamless Team Integration
Ingenia’s 20-member team in Singapore and Malaysia will transition into Alpadis, bringing additional regulatory expertise and operational depth to its Southeast Asia operations.
Alpadis remains a privately-owned, entrepreneur-led firm, committed to deepening its regulatory expertise for corporate and private clients. As a tech-enabled group, it continues to invest in AI and innovative technologies to deliver tailored, efficient, and future-ready solutions.
