Finantix, a global provider of technology solutions to the wealth management, insurance, and banking industries, is growing its regional capabilities with senior appointments in Singapore and Hong Kong.

London-based fintech Finantix has announced the addition of Frances Ng and Lawrence Yin as regional sales directors, and Clarisa Ele as APAC staffing manager, the firm said in an announcement.

Based in Hong Kong, Yin covers the Greater China region for the firm. He brings more than 15 years of experience in banking, asset management and technology, and most recently led business development efforts for Hong Kong fintech start-up MioTech, working with asset management and private bank clients globally. He previously held sales positions at Moody’s Investors Services, eVestment (a Nasdaq company) and AxiomSL, and worked at Macquarie Bank in Australia.

She was previously a business development manager for data and analytics firm Experian.

APAC Growth

Ele, who brings over 15 years of experience in the field of technology recruitment across banking, insurance, internet, e-commerce and fintech, was hired to oversee talent acquisition for Finantix in APAC.

The appointments are the latest in a string of ongoing strategic hires made by Finantix across APAC to support the firm’s continued global expansion, and follow the opening of Finantix offices in Australia and Japan in the last two years. The company has more than 200 staff globally, one-third in APAC and Australasia, the announcement said.
