French Indosuez Wealth Management named a banking veteran as its new Chief Digital Officer. He reports to the CEO of the Group.

Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management brand of Crédit Agricole group, appointed Romain Jérome as Chief Digital Officer. He reports to Jacques Prost, Chief Executive Officer of Indosuez Wealth Management group, according to a news release on Thursday.

Jérome will have a leading role in the ongoing digital transformation at the core of Indosuez’s medium term strategy. His mission is to develop a forward-looking and proactive digital plan in coordination with third parties and Azqore, Indosuez’s subsidiary specialising in technology outsourcing services and banking transactions for the wealth management sector.

Three Objectives

He will define the Indosuez group digital governance, select and manage the development of digital solutions with three primary objectives: to improve both client and employee experience, to reinforce operational efficiency and to promote a culture of innovation within Indosuez. He is also Indosuez's representative in Crédit Agricole group's digital set-up.

Jérome began his career at BNP Paribas CIB in 1995 in the Capital Markets Department as a Quantitative Analyst. Since then he had different functions within the bank. He joined Crédit Agricole CIB in 2005 to develop the Prime Fund Services activity.

Digital Transformation

He was made co-head of Organisation and Transformation in 2010 and has been Director of Digital Transformation & Innovation at Crédit Agricole CIB since 2016.
