The first emissions platform for bankable crypto products has been launched by a Swiss fintech joint venture.

Gentwo, a Zurich-based company specialized in the securitization of financial products, and blockchain-service provider Inacta founded a joint venture in the Swiss city of Zug (pictured above). Gentwo Digital enables the display of crypto assets as bankable financial products with a Swiss ISIN, the firm said in a statement on Friday.

Gentwo Digital partnered with Crypto Broker and created the world’s first issuing platform for financial products in the crypto area. Crypto Broker is part of the Crypto Finance Group.

A Pool of 600 Businesses

Gentwo founder Patrick Loepfe is acting chairman of Gentwo Digital. While Gentwo will make the set-up available that is required for the independent securitization of crypto assets and their issuing as financial products, the other partners of this joint venture, and Marco Bumbacher and Ralf Glabischnig (both managing partners at Inacta) in particular, will deal with connecting the new offer to the crypto community.

This means that Gentwo Digital is connected to a pool of more than 600 blockchain businesses in the Crypto Valley. Earlier this week, Loepfe told finews.asia in an interview that further news were about to be released, a promise he has honored today.
