Vistra has completed the acquisition of Deutsche Bank’s corporate services business. The operations will contine under the Vistra brand.

Hong Kong-based VistraVistra, which provides trust, fiduciary, fund and corporate services, completed the transaction of the Deutsche Bank business announced as early as September 2017, it said in a statement on Tuesday.

The corporate services business provides management and administration of special purpose vehicles and asset holding companies to banks, other financial institutions and corporates. It operates in countries such as the U.K. and the U.S. and has some 139 staff globally.

Combining Teams

Vistra will combine its teams with those of the offices in the jurisdictions where the acquired business operated, it said. The acquired business will continue operating under the Vistra brand.
