DBS Group appointed an experienced banking and property stalwart to the boards of DBS Group Holdings and DBS Bank.

Lim Tse Ghow (Olivier) has been named as a new independent director, the Singapore-based bank said in a press release today. Lim has extensive experience in corporate and investment banking, risk management and real estate. With this appointment, DBS Group Holdings' board of directors now comprises ten members.

Between 2003 and 2014, Lim served in CapitaLand's senior management team in various capacities, including as deputy CEO. Prior to CapitaLand, he spent 13 years at Citibank Singapore's corporate and investment bank, including as head of the real estate unit.

Lim also sits on the boards of Raffles Medical Group and Banyan Tree Holdings. He is a member of the board of JTC Corporation, the board of governors of Northlight School, and the advisory board of the Institute for Societal Leadership at the Singapore Management University.
