In an unusual attempt to obtain information, liquidators tweeted Three Arrow Capital founders to request documents as their whereabouts remain unknown.

3ACLiquidation – the official Twitter account for the court-appointed joint liquidators of Singapore-based Three Arrows – tagged co-founders, Su Zhu and Kyle Davies, in a post to request for sensitive documents related to the collapse of the crypto hedge fund.

The tweet included copies of orders by the Supreme Court of Singapore against Three Arrows. Also posted online is a subpoena for Davies previously approved by a US bankruptcy judge, though the same judge had also said this could not be done due to questions about residency and citizenship.

Whereabouts Unknown

Similar to other cases of crypto collapses, such as Terra's Do Kwon, the whereabouts of Zhu and Davies remain uncertain, causing liquidation efforts to stall.

«The founders have unfortunately resisted cooperating in these efforts, and as such, we have received authority from courts in both the US and Singapore to serve them targeted and comprehensive discovery demands through email and their frequently-used Twitter accounts,» said a representative for Teneo, the consultancy firm supporting Three Arrows' wind-down.
