Hines Adds Ex-Carlyle Wealth Executive in Hong Kong
US real estate investment manager Hines has hired a former Carlyle executive in Hong Kong.
Hines has appointed Hao Zhan as head of Asia, private wealth solutions, according to a statement. Based in Hong Kong, he reports to global head of private wealth solutions Paul Ferraro.
Zhan has more than a decade of experience in private wealth, asset management and investor relations. He was most recently working at Carlyle Global Wealth where he served as head of Asia, leading the firm’s private wealth expansion across the region and building out its Asia platform.
«Hao brings a rare combination of regional insight and relationship-driven leadership,» commented Ferraro. «His experience working closely with Asian banks, wealth managers, and family offices will be key as we scale our private wealth offering globally and aim to deliver compelling investment solutions to individual investors across the region.»
