Boris Collardi on Board

At an extraordinary general meeting last month, Boris Collardi, former CEO of private bank Julius Baer and ex-partner of Geneva-based competitor Pictet, was also elected to the board.

Leistner was to have taken over the function of Global Head of Legal & Compliance in November, replacing Vassiliki Dimitrakopoulou, who performed the role on an interim basis.

The former Quintet manager is making the jump straight to the board of directors, while Dimitrakopoulou becomes permanently responsible for legal and compliance issues.

In addition, the head of human resources Ioanna Archimandriti has been appointed as a member of EFG's Global Business Committee, effective today. She also served as head of transformation and as chief of staff to the CEO.
