RBC WM Adds Bankers From UBS, Morgan Stanley, BOS
The wealth management unit of RBC has hired a handful of private bankers in Hong Kong and Singapore.
RBC Wealth Management has hired more than half a dozen private bankers in Hong Kong and Singapore, according to a statement. In Hong Kong, this includes executive directors Flora Kam, Ince Pan and Mark Chan.
Chan joins from Bank of Singapore and previously worked at Credit Suisse Private Banking, UBS Wealth Management and J.P. Morgan (Global Markets).
Pan has more than 20 years of experience in asset management and investment banking. He was most recently a founding partner of DSG Group after working at Deutsche Bank, Hony Capital, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan.
Chan has over 30 years of experience in financial services, most recently at Morgan Stanley where he supported Greater China clients. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Credit Suisse, Natixis, Bank of America Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific and Citigroup Global Markets Asia.
Singapore Appointments
And in Singapore, the Canadian private bank named Raymond Heng and Wilson Khoo as managing directors, and Christopher Chin and Low Keow Teck as executive directors.
Heng has more than 30 years of corporate and private banking experience, including 17 years at UBS where he was most recently a market head overseeing teams supporting clients across Thailand, the Philippines and other regional markets.
Khoo has over two decades of banking experience with a strong focus on serving clients from mainland China and Taiwan. Prior to joining RBC, he held senior positions at Citi Private Bank, J.P. Morgan Private Bank and DBS.
Chin brings more than 12 years of experience covering Singapore’s high net worth segment, having previously worked at Julius Baer, Bank of Singapore and HSBC.
Low has more than 25 years of private banking experience, most recently as market head for North Asia at UOB Private Bank. Previously, he also worked at DBS Private Bank, Société Générale Bank & Trust, HSBC Singapore and Citi.
