On 5 November 2025, at Porsche Studio Singapore a private showcase will introduce Singapore’s most discerning investors and collectors to a lifestyle where precision engineering meets architectural artistry.
Featuring just 22 ultra-exclusive Sky Villas, the tower redefines the meaning of home. Each residence spans between 525 and 1,135 square meters, offering expansive layouts that merge sleek design with technological sophistication.
At the heart of this visionary project lies Passion Spaces – an architectural innovation that connects a private luxury garage directly to each residence through a dedicated lift.

These bespoke sanctuaries, ranging from 107 to 312 square meters, transcend the concept of parking. They can be transformed into personal automotive galleries, elegant entertainment venues, or serene retreats.
