The senior executive, who brings 20 years of experience at Citi, takes over from Tim Sullivan in the role.

Citi has appointed Singapore-based Money K. as the bank's global head of global client service (GCS), according to an internal memo seen by finews.asia.

K., who joined Citi's corporate affairs department in 1999, was previously Citi's APAC head of GCS since 2016 and global head of the next gen and family business programs since 2007 within the global marketing function.

In this role, K. will focus on the next phase of growth for GCS, working in partnership with the regional leadership teams as well as the bank's product and control partners. He will report to Ida Liu, global head of Citi Private Bank, and will join Citi's Global Private Bank leadership team.

Fast-Growing Business

In the announcement, Citi said GCS is one of its private bank's fastest-growing businesses, fueled by its clients’ increased global presence both for their families and their businesses, with double digit growth since its inception in 2012.

GCS currently represents over $200 million in revenues.
