The combined wealth of Singapore's 50 wealthiest tycoons rose by more than ten percent in the last year, reaching nearly $105 billion. 

Topping the 2018 «Rich List» compiled by U.S. magazine «Forbes» are this year’s biggest dollar gainers, Robert and Philip Ng, who retain their spot with $11.9 billion. Theproperty siblings boosted their net worth by $2.5 billion.

Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin, a new resident of Singapore, also saw his fortune go up $2.5 billion to secure him a second place at the top with a net worth of $11.8 billion. Retaining the third spot is paint tycoon Goh Cheng Liang. His net worth increased by $700 million to $8.5 billion.

The minimum amount required to make the list this year was $535 million, down from $540 million last year. The top 10 richest people in Singapore are:
