CredAg CIB Announces Newly Created Role in Hong Kong
The corporate and investment banking unit of Crédit Agricole has appointed a newly created role for cash and trade sales in Hong Kong.
Crédit Agricole CIB has appointed Yang Zhang as head of cash and trade sales for financial institutions for Asia Pacific, according to a statement. In the newly created role, she will oversee business development and origination of cash management, cash clearing and trade finance solutions for financial institutions across the region.
Based in Hong Kong, she reports to Christophe Crétot, head of international trade & transaction banking (ITB) for APAC, and Olivier Miet, deputy global head of financial institutions, ITB.
Yang has 16 years of experience, having first joined Crédit Agricole CIB's debt capital markets team in Hong Kong as head of financial institutions and sovereigns, supranationals, and agencies for China in 2019. Prior to that, she worked at ING Wholesale Banking for nine years in Amsterdam, Singapore and Hong Kong.
