CredAg Names Senior Investment Banker in Asia
Paris-headquartered Crédit Agricole has announced the appointment of a senior investment banker based in Hong Kong.
Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has appointed Quentin Galmiche as head of corporate and leveraged finance for Asia Pacific, according to a statement, effective September 1. Based in Hong Kong, he will report regionally to Jean-François Deroche, senior regional officer for APAC, and functionally to Laurent Chenain, global head of corporate and leveraged finance.
In the role, Galmiche will be responsible for driving business development of all related product lines, including corporate origination, acquisition finance & advisory, telecom finance, leveraged finance and fund solutions, while working with local, regional and global stakeholders. With 16 years of experience in structured and corporate financing, he joined Crédit Agricole CIB in 2009 and was most recently chief of staff to CEO.
He replaces Christophe Crétot who became head of international trade and transaction banking for APAC in March.
