Knight Frank Appoints APAC Head of Portfolio Solutions
London-headquartered real estate consultancy Knight Frank has announced the appointment of an Asia Pacific head of global portfolio solutions.
Knight Frank has appointed Vivian Liao as head of global portfolio solutions (GPS), Asia Pacific, according to a statement.
In the role, she will lead the firm’s GPS service across the region, prioritizing value-driven solutions that improve portfolio performance and support corporate clients in achieving their long-term real estate goals. She will also lead strategic efforts to deepen client relationships, drive innovation and ensure consistent service excellence across key markets, including Australia, Greater China, New Zealand, Malaysia, India and Singapore.
Liao has 15 years of experience working in regional markets teams and managing large-scale multinational clients’ portfolios for APAC and EMEA. She has an extensive background in the occupier real estate sector, having held senior roles at rival firms CBRE and JLL.
