123-Year History
Citi first formed its business in China in 1902 and was among the first global banks to incorporate locally in 2007. Today, it supports Chinese corporates, global multinationals and mid-sized companies. «China is one of the largest markets for Citi globally, and we have been serving our corporate and institutional clients here for 123 years,» commented Luet. «Wenjie’s depth and breadth of experience and on-ground expertise and knowledge will enhance our growth in this important market as we continue to support our clients’ cross-border banking needs.»
