Hong Kong-based Raffles Family Office has announced the appointment of two experts in digital assets and private equity.

Zann Kwan joins Raffles Family Office (RFO) as chief investment officer and managing partner of its crypto arm, Revo Digital Family Office (Revo), according to a statement. Based in Singapore, she will work closely with Revo chief executive Ray Tam.

Kwan has nearly 25 years of experience, including nine years in the digital asset space. She was most recently a member of RFO’s independent advisory board and co-founded Bitcoin Exchange, the firm behind Asia’s first public bitcoin machine.

Revo was launched in October as a multi-family office for ultra-high net worth clients to access digital assets.

Rizal Wijono

In addition, Rizal Wijono joins RFO as a member of its independent advisory board, tasked with exploring opportunities with Europe-based family offices seeking a gateway to Asia.

Wijono has 28 years of financial experience, most recently with Micro Connect Group where he was a managing director in the investor relations team and launched private equity platform Micro Connect.

RFO created the independent advisory board in 2021 and its members include ex-Singapore CEO of VP Bank Bruno Morel, former PwC risk assurance partner Christina Lau and PGIM Asia vice chairman David Chang.
