Temasek's Europe Partnership Vice Chair Joins Chain IQ Board
A seasoned senior executive with more than two decades of leadership experience joins the board of directors of Chain IQ, the global leader in indirect procurement.
Swiss-based Chain IQ Group, specializing in global supply chain and procurement solutions, has named Uwe Krueger to its board of directors with immediate effect, finews.asia has learned. A spokesperson confirmed the appointment.
Krueger brings over two decades of leadership experience across the industrial, business services, energy, and resources sectors, having held senior executive and board positions at organizations including Cleantech Switzerland, TPG Capital, OC Oerlikon and Turner Corp. He also serves as vice chairman of European partnerships at Temasek International, where he leads transformative initiatives in strategic development, operational efficiency and ESG leadership.
Transformation Journey
Krueger's expertise in global procurement strategy, corporate governance, and technology enablement aligns closely with Chain IQ’s long-term objectives, particularly as the firm accelerates its transformation journey and global expansion. His ability to implement future-facing business models, drive transformation, and achieve profitable growth is expected to contribute to the success of the group.

Important Step

Krueger is replacing Kurt Tenger, who is transitioning into retirement. Tenger will continue to lend his expertise and insights in his capacity as a member of the risk and audit committee.
