Mastercard Names Country Manager for Singapore
Credit card giant Mastercard has appointed a seasoned veteran as its country manager for Singapore.
Mastercard has appointed Minsook Cho as country manager for Singapore, according to a statement. In the role, she will lead and oversee the company’s strategic direction and business operations in the market. She will also partner with regional and global clients headquartered in the city-state, supporting cross-market and strategic initiatives.
Cho has over 20 years of experience in payments, fintech, analytics, and consulting. She has been with Mastercard since 2013, previously serving as senior vice president, advisors client services, Asia Pacific, where she led consulting, analytics, test & learn and managed services across markets, including Japan, Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. Previously, she also held senior APAC leadership roles at Foodpanda, Lazada and BCG.
