FWD Appoints Marketing Chief for Hong Kong and Macau

Insurer FWD has named a 20-year financial veteran as chief marketing officer for its Hong Kong and Macau business.

FWD Hong Kong & Macau has appointed Queenie Lam as chief marketing officer, according to a statement, reporting to Ken Lau, managing director of Greater China and Hong Kong CEO.

In this new role, Lam leads FWD's marketing strategy across Hong Kong and Macau with the aim of «shaping a differentiated brand narrative and orchestrating high-impact media and customer engagement initiatives».

Lam has over 20 years of financial services experience, having initiated and managed high-value brand activation, customer relationship management solutions and loyalty programmes. She began her career at advertising agency Bates in Hong Kong, working with brands including HSBC, before moving on to telecom PCCW and DBS.
