AIA Appoints HR, Tech Veterans to Board
Insurer AIA has announced the appointment of two new independent non-executive directors who have diverse sets of experience.
AIA has appointed Shu Khoo and David Ku as independent non-executive directors, according to a statement.
Khoo currently serves as an independent non-executive director at Shangri-La Asia and an independent director of CIMB Group. Between 2011 to 2018, she was also the group chief human resources officer of AIA.
Ku is the chairman of WeBank and previously held senior executive roles at Ping An with responsibilities spanning channel development, technology and operations, and banking.
