OCBC Executive Joins BOS as Chief Financial Officer

The former investor relations head at OCBC has joined Bank of Singapore as its chief financial officer.

Bank of Singapore has appointed Collins Chin as global chief financial officer, according to a statement, effective immediately. He will also become a member of the bank’s global management committee. In the role, he reports to CEO Jason Moo.

Chin was most recently the head of investor relations OCBC, the parent company of Bank of Singapore. Prior to joining the Singapore lender in 2009, he held regional leadership roles in Royal Bank of Scotland, Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays Capital across the finance, capital markets and risk functions.
