Pacific Life Re Hires Ex-Swiss Re Executive in Singapore
The life and health reinsurance subsidiary of California-based Pacific Life has named a global chief underwriting and claims officer.
Pacific Life Re has appointed Jia Yi Tan as global chief underwriting and claims officer, according to a statement, based in Singapore. She succeeds Andrew Doran who has taken on a new role as CEO of UnderwriteMe, the insurtech subsidiary of Pacific Life Re.
Tan has nearly 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific, Europe and America, including the last five years with Swiss Re.
