Deutsche Bank PB Adds Emerging Markets Duo
The private wealth division of Deutsche Bank has hired two executives for its emerging markets business from Julius Baer and UBS.
Deutsche Bank has appointed Ravi Manot as managing director and Naushad Khan as director, according to a memo. They are both tasked with expanding the bank’s client footprint in its global South Asia and Africa (GSAA) franchise and report to Puneesh Nayar.
Manot has over 20 years of experience managing Indian Sub-continent clients across Asia and the Middle East, most recently as a senior relationship manager at Julius Baer. He previously worked at Coutts, BSI and ABN AMRO.
Khan has been managing key client relationships in Asia and the Middle East for two decades, most recently as a relationship manager from UBS. Prior to that, he worked at Citibank, ANZ and EFG.
