DBS CEO Joins Hong Kong Unit's Board as Vice Chair
The Hong Kong unit of DBS has named the bank's group chief as vice chair of its board of directors.
DBS Hong Kong has appointed Tan Su Shan as a member and vice chair of the board of directors, according to a statement.
Tan commenced as the Singapore lender’s group CEO on March 28, succeeding Piyush Gupta. She has more than 35 years of experience in consumer banking, wealth management, and institutional banking across Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and London.
Prior to joining DBS, she worked at Morgan Stanley, Citibank, and ING Barings. Tan also served as a nominated member of Singapore’s parliament from 2012 to 2014.
