Bank of Singapore Appoints Product Development Head

OCBC’s private banking arm has appointed a 40-year veteran as head of new product development.

Bank of Singapore has appointed Emmanuel Bucaille as head of new product development, according to a LinkedIn post. The new product development function sits within the investment solutions group which is headed by Vivienne Chia.

Bucaille has 40 years of experience and was most recently head of platforms and transformation at Bank of Singapore. Prior to joining OCBC’s private banking unit in 2018, he worked at Manulife Asset Management for nearly one year and UBS for over two decades in wealth management and capital markets.

According to finews.asia data, Bank of Singapore was Asia’s seventh largest private bank with $124 billion in assets under management as of the end of 2024, up 9 percent year-on-year.
