StanChart Appoints Group Head of Tech and Ops
London-based Standard Chartered has hired a group head of technology and operations in Singapore.
Standard Chartered has appointed Noelle Eder as group head of technology and operations, according to a statement, subject to regulatory approval. Based in Singapore, she will report to group chief executive Bill Winters.
Eder joins from The Cigna Group, where she was executive vice president and global chief information officer, tasked with leading the digital, technology, data and analytics, and operations strategy, aligning with the organization's goals to drive innovation and transform healthcare.
Fit for Growth Program
Prior to that, she was chief information and digital officer at Hilton Worldwide Holdings as well as chief card customer experience officer for Capital One Financial Corporation.
