CBRE Expands APAC Capital Advisory Team

US real estate firm CBRE has appointed a senior director to its capital advisory team in Asia.

CBRE has appointed SiangEe Lim as senior director, capital advisors, Asia Pacific, accordion to a statement. Based in Singapore, he will focus on enhancing the firm’s strategic advisory capabilities with an emphasis on cross-border opportunities.

Lim has extensive experience spanning the entire deal lifecycle, including strategy, due diligence, acquisition, disposition and capital raising. He has transacted more than $9 billion in real asset deals with a focus on urban and digital infrastructure. Previously, he held senior roles at J.P. Morgan, Macquarie Capital and GIC, across London and Singapore.
