BofA Bolsters Payments Solutions Team in Australia
Bank of America has strengthened its global payments solutions team in Australia with a new appointment.
Bank of America has appointed Nicole Waaka as country head, GPS (global payments solutions) Australia, according to an internal memo seen by finews.asia, reporting to Aziz Parvez, head of GPS APAC corporate sales, Winnie Chen, head of APAC GPS and locally to Australia CEO Joseph Fayyad. Wakka will also join the GPS APAC senior leadership team.
In the expanded role, Waaka will be responsible for driving the overall strategic direction of the bank's Australia GPS franchise and act as the senior representative for the business both internally and externally. She will also retain her existing responsibilities as head of GPS Australia coporate sales.
