MAS Chief Receives Another Term

The Monetary Authority of Singapore has reappointed Ravi Menon to continue as its managing director.

MAS reappoints Ravi Menon as managing director for two more years, according to a statement. Menon's appointment is effective from 1 June 2023 to 31 May 2025 or until his retirement from public service, whichever is earlier.

Menon has been MAS’ managing director since 2011.

Menon, alongside attorney-general Lucien Wong and NetLink NBN Management chairman Chaly Mah, has also been reappointed to MAS’ board for another three-year term from 1 June 2023 to 31 Mat 2026. Mah has been reappointed as chairman of the board’s audit committee.
