EOS

EOS at Federated Hermes is focused on client-led stewardship on issues that deliver «long‑term sustainable wealth for investors and positive societal outcomes». Currently, there are 45 professionals working across its stewardship and responsibility teams.

In 2022, EOS engaged with 270 companies in Asia and emerging markets based on four priority themes: climate change action, human and labor rights, human capital, and board effectiveness and ethical culture.
