Global real estate advisor Knight Frank has internally promoted an executive to head of global capital strategies based in Singapore.

Emily Relf has been named head of global capital strategies, according to a statement, effective immediately. 

She has been promoted from her previous role of director of APAC capital markets and continues to report to Neil Brookes, who was recently appointed to lead global capital markets, also based in Singapore.

Relf joined Knight Frank as a graduate in London in 2011 before shifting over to Singapore where she has been based since 2015. During this period, she has built relationships across institutional investors, private equity funds, and high net worth individuals throughout the region.

Key Capital Market Clients

In her new role, Relf will be responsible for the development of key capital market client relationships, work closely with Brooke to understand client priorities by market and asset class and the development a key client program strategy that is aligned with such priorities.

«Structural changes in the investment market have accelerated through the pandemic and our clients are becoming ever more global,» said Brookes in the statement.
