London-based property consultancy Knight Frank has expanded its capital advisory business in Asia Pacific with three new appointments.

Knight Frank appoints Ben Schubert as head of capital advisory, Australia, according to a statement. Schubert has 20 years of industry experience, including seven years with Knight Frank, and he will retain his current role as head of institutional sales.

In addition, Simon Mathews has been named director, debt advisory, after relocating from London to Singapore, to oversee sourcing of innovative funding solutions to support capital market transactions in the Australian market. Alice Crowley joins the firm as director, international capital, and she will focus on assisting Asia-based investors execute their investment strategies.
