TriLake Partners Appoints New Chief Investment Officer

Singapore-based TriLake Partners is strengthening its investment leadership with a high-profile hire. The move signals the firm’s ambition to elevate its investment capabilities amid increasingly complex global markets.

Sylvain Baude, CFA, will join TriLake Partners starting on 1 December 2025, according to a media release issued on Wednesday. Following an initial transition period, he will assume the role of chief investment officer (CIO), subject to approval by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Baude brings over 25 years of cross-asset management experience gained at leading independent wealth managers and a global bank in a career spanning Singapore, Switzerland, Monaco and France.

Investment Strategies and Processes

For the past 14 years, he served as CIO at Singapore-based independent wealth managers, where he was instrumental in developing and implementing the firms’ investment strategies and processes. 

He will replace Arnulfo «Noli» de Pala, CFA, who has played an important role over the past nine years in developing and leading TriLake’s investment offering as the firm’s CIO.
