RFO Names Chief People Officer to Build Firm's Culture
External asset manager Raffles Family Office has appointed a senior executive who will be tasked with shaping the firm’s culture.
Raffles Family Office (RFO) has appointed Caroline Langston as chief people officer, according to a statement. In the newly created role, she will oversee the firm’s people strategy, talent development and cultural initiatives across all markets, including the Raffles Group Academy – an in-house training platform. Based in Hong Kong, she reports to RFO group CEO Chi Man Kwan.
Langston has more than two decades of international experience across Asia, Middle East and Europe, with senior roles in finance, consulting and executive development. She has served as RFO's executive coach for the past five years, working with leaders across the firm to enhance collaboration, leadership and well-being.
«Caroline has been instrumental in shaping our leadership mindset over the years, and will help us strengthen the foundation of how we lead, collaborate and grow as one firm across borders,» said Kwan.
